There are so many ongoing fitness challenges. Look out for the one that would be very appropriate for your routine and commit yourself to that. This is a great way of moving towards a healthier lifestyle.

Mindful Eating
It is very important to pay attention to the food that you have been eating. With the typical working patterns these days, it might be very common to finish your food while your eyes are glued to the screen. This might result in over eating. While having food, keep aside everything else and be mindful of what you are eating.

Meditate everyday for 15 minutes
With the hectic lifestyles, sometimes only physical exercises might not be enough. You need to relax your body as well. Plan to meditate at least for 15 minutes everyday. Doing this after you are back from work and before dinner would be the ideal thing if you have hectic work schedules.

Have a Fixed Regular Routine
Make sure to follow a regular routine for the important things like having your breakfast, lunch, dinner and sleep time. Make sure that you sleep for at least 7-8 hours everyday. Similarly, have a proper weekend routine as well which is not deviating too much from your weekday routines.
