2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup mashed, cooked lovely potato (about 2 medium lovely potatoes)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk collectively flour, baking powder, sodium and spices.
